Your name, contact details, and email address.

Information regarding your project: miniatures, composition, painting level, options, indicative budget, and desired deadline.
Your messages, photographs, lists of miniatures, and other transmitted documents.
Information necessary for managing quotes, orders, payments, and invoices.
Certain technical data may also be processed during your browsing: IP address, browser characteristics, connection data, and information related to cookies.
Mandatory fields are identified in the forms. Without this information, I may not be able to process your request. Other information is optional.
3. Why is the data used?
Personal data is used for the following purposes:
Answering your questions and messages. This processing is based on the studio's legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it.
Studying your projects and preparing quotes. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Executing orders. The data allows for the preparation and tracking of services, communicating with you, and organizing their payment and delivery. The processing is based on the execution of the contract.
Managing billing and accounting and tax obligations. These processing activities are based on the legal obligations applicable to the business.
Ensuring the operation and security of the site. The necessary processing activities are based, depending on their nature, on the legitimate interest in securing the site or on the technical necessities of the service.
Managing cookies and any audience measurement tools. Trackers subject to consent are only activated after your agreement.
Information collected as part of a quote request is not used to automatically subscribe you to advertising communications.
Ensuring the operation and security of the site. The technical data necessary for the protection, maintenance, and proper functioning of the site are processed on the basis of EWS's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of its infrastructure, preventing fraudulent use, and guaranteeing the availability of its services, subject to the respect of the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.
4. To whom is the data transmitted?
I am personally the recipient of the information sent to EWS.
To ensure the operation of the studio, I also use the following service providers, limited to the data necessary for their services:
Wix: hosting, site operation, forms, and cookie management.
Google (Gmail): receiving, sending, and storing electronic communications.
Henrri: commercial management, preparation of quotes, invoices, and associated documents.
SumUp: processing payments and tracking payment operations.
Microsoft (OneDrive): storage and backup of professional documents related to projects and orders.
Transport providers may also receive the necessary contact details when a shipment is organized.
These services operate according to their respective functions and responsibilities. They do not systematically receive all the information collected by EWS.
Data is neither sold nor rented to third parties.
Links to external platforms, notably Instagram and eBay, allow access to their own services, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. How long is the data kept?
Data is kept only for the duration necessary for its use, subject to legal obligations.
Contact requests and quotes without follow-up: 12 months from the last exchange.
Orders: data is kept for the entire duration of the contract execution. Upon its termination, documents necessary to prove contractual commitments and to defend the rights of the parties are kept in restricted-access archives for ten years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless a specific legal obligation or dispute justifies longer retention. Only the data necessary for these purposes is kept.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
The EWS site uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation and security.
A consent management banner allows visitors to choose the categories of cookies they wish to authorize.
Three options are offered:
Accept optional cookies.
Refuse optional cookies.
Customize preferences.
Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site are not subject to this choice when they meet the exemption conditions provided by regulations.
Other trackers subject to consent, particularly those used for audience measurement or marketing purposes, must only be activated after your agreement.
You can modify your preferences by accessing the cookie management tool again.
Information on the categories and duration of cookies is accessible in this tool.
7. Data transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some service providers used by EWS may process or transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
This is particularly the case for certain services or infrastructure from Wix, Google, and Microsoft.
Wix indicates that it may process data in several countries, notably in the United States and Israel. Israel benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
When data is transferred to a country that does not benefit from recognized adequate protection, the relevant providers implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, supplementary measures.
Henrri indicates that its platform data is hosted in France.
The precise terms of international processing depend on the services and configurations used.
For further information on the transfers applicable to your data and the corresponding safeguards, you may contact EWS at the address indicated in this policy.
8. Data Security
Access to personal data is limited to the studio's management needs and the service providers involved in its operation.
The tools used implement technical and organizational protection measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of data.
However, no computer system can guarantee absolute security.
